Return Policy

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging

Items that show signs of use or damage cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
